Dex-cool (orange) was the original type coolant installed from the factory as a 5 year coolant. This works OK providing their are no coolant problems with the engine or coolant system. I recommend replacing with the orange after the five year period. If the green is to be used, make sure you do a total coolant flush and replace every two years.
