Change a Straight Talk phone number by calling Straight Talk's customer service line. This change can be processed with a live representative or via the automated voice system, but it cannot be done online, as of 2015.
Straight Talk Wireless is a mobile phone service provider. The company is partnered with TracFone, as well as Wal-Mart, offering its service plans exclusively through the retailer's stores.
Straight Talk customers using an Android powered device can sign in to their Google account and then enter "Find my phone," into Google search. Customers with iPhone devices can use Find My iPhone by signing in to their iCloud account. These methods will display the phone's location on a map.
Straight Talk Wireless allows a customer who has lost his phone to transfer minutes to a new phone, provided that the transfer is made before the date of the end of service of the lost or stolen phone. Customers are also able to reactivate stolen phones if they are recovered.

Straight Talk Wireless is on the Verizon network. It and other carriers that use larger companies' networks, such as Virgin Mobile and Boost Mobile, are termed mobile virtual network operators. As such, they have business arrangements with the larger companies and are not true competitors.
