Just wanted to drop by to say that FAA and OA (overeaters anonymous) are different though similar programs. OA asks that you create your own food plan with the help of a dietitian/doctor and your sponsor. Just throwing this out there in case someone got confused about the different 12 step programs for people with food problems.
