Regular “corn starch” just doesn’t give me problems. I don’t use much of it. Maybe 1 Tbsp. per week at most, if that. What the “modification” that is done to the corn starch is, I don’t know, but if anything has that on it’s ingredient list, it goes back on the shelf with a smack.
