My family really loves the oreo truffles. We use the 17oz. pkg. If you're using DoubleStuff oreos, you'll need to use less cream cheese, or add about 6T. of oreo crumbs (in the grocery aisle that has the cracker crumbs for pie crust). The Mint Oreos made into truffles are great!
