Belted Kingfisher: This medium-sized bird has a bushy crest, white collar and large, black dagger-like bill. It has blue-gray upperparts, white underparts and gray legs and feet. Hi , i have also seen a blue bird at my feeder . He has to be the inigo bunting bird , he is blue all over like the photos of the ingio bird. of course i am not for sure . He is all blue in color with maybe a little bid of dark blue or black on his tail. I live in Carrollton Ga. just out side of Atlanta . apri 13th 2008
