Should the Driving Age be Lowered. At present the driving age in New Zealand is sixteen. We live in a changing world and alot more is expected of most teenagers today. We are brought up to be thinkers and to hold our own ideas. We are expected to be responsible and reliable and our parents should be the judge of this.
