I been with Verizon for quite sometime, have been a timely & loyal customer. I voiced my frustration with the rewards program in terms of cashing in on my rewards points. I feel its not in a customers best interest to have to use our own money when redeeming for certain products.

Hi - I am the manager of the My Rewards+ program for the Wireline company. The points earned in the My Rewards+ program can only be used in that program. Verizon Wireless also has a rewards program called Smart Rewards that is separate from My Rewards+. Hope this answers your question. Thanks
