The White Band Parkour Kids’ Class (ages 9-11) focuses more on parkour skills and physical conditioning, with an emphasis on chaining techniques together. Kids will need to attend the “Kids Intro to Parkour” class first to earn their white band, then they join our regular Kids White Band Parkour Classes.

Classes in the parkour gym start at age 4, where kids are introduced to the basic movements of parkour along with all the skills required to train safely and effectively. Our goal is to teach kids not only how to use their bodies to the fullest, but to also know how to take care of them for a long life of parkour.
