Students who are members of NHS must complete the following: 1) Maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.60 (class of 2020 and beyond) 3.50 (class of 2018 and 2019) 2) Complete 15 points of service per semester.

National Honor Society Membership. Selection to National Honor Society is a privilege bestowed upon students by the faculty of Littlestown High School. NHS eligibility is available to sophomores, juniors, and seniors. A student must have attended LHS for at least three semesters to be inducted as a new member.
