The Bible speaks about this being filled with the Holy Spirit in other places. For example, Peter was preaching the Gospel to a family then they were filled with the Holy Spirit: Act 10:44-46a While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who were listening to the message.
