The nucleotide pairwise genetic identities of the RT/RNase H coding region sequences of LBVs were calculated by SDT v1.2 software. Among the three isolates, the highest diversity was found in the YZ1 isolate with 77% pairwise identity (Fig. 2, A), while YZ3 and YZ4 had 98% and 78% lowest pairwise identity (Fig. 2, B and C), respectively.
