The California Department of Motor Vehicles website has a link that translates the entire website to Spanish. From the homepage, click Espanol on the top menu bar to view the website in Spanish.
The California DMV website allows drivers to make appointments to visit a DMV office and apply for their license. The driver’s license written examination is available in Spanish and other foreign languages listed on the website. Instead of a written test, a driver can take an audio test in Spanish or another available language.
The California DMV also provides the services of interpreters at its offices. Customers do not have to pay for the interpreter’s assistance.
