The Mercedes-Benz ML, Lexus RX 350 AWD, Buick Enclave, Volvo XC60 and Ford Explorer are five of the top nine safest SUVs, according to Auto Trader. The Toyota Venza, Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, Honda CR-V and Kia Sportage AWD round out the rest of the list.
The Venza, Santa Fe, Explorer, Volvo and Lexus are also featured on Bankrate as its top five safest SUVs. The Mercedes is featured at Autobytel as its number one top safest SUV.
