XtraRide RV warranties can be broken down into two types: motor homes and towables. Motor home coverage is available for both new and used vehicles up to 13 model years old for any time frame between 90 days and seven years. The program is designed for dealerships rather than individual RV owners and accordingly includes dealer profit participation, post-sale and renewal programs. Exclusionary and named component coverage is available on these plans.

Towables include travel trailers, horse trailers, fifth-wheels, slide-in campers and pop-ups. XtraRide coverage options for these vehicles are similar to the motor home options described above but can last for eight years instead of just seven. Both programs also include optional tire and wheel Coverage, which includes flat tire repair, wheel repair and replacement, tire replacement, valve stems, and mounting and balancing.

All XtraRide RV warranties include additional benefit options such as 24/7 towing and roadside services, concierge services and RV technical support; fuel and L.P. gas replacement; pet benefits; a rental vehicle for emergency transportation; and manufacturer's deductible reimbursement coverage.

Protective Asset Protection is a subsidiary of Da-Ichi Life, a global insurance company with assets totaling $418.19 billion. The company is traded on the Tokyo stock exchange.
