Mitsubishi does not sell any sport utility vehicles, as of 2015, but offers two crossover models, three car models and one electric vehicle. The all-wheel drive crossover Outlander Sport has a base price of $19,595, and the Outlander has a base price of $22,995.
The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave the 2016 Outlander equipped with the optional Forward Collison Mitigation its "Top Safety Pick +," which is the organization's highest safety rating. The 2016 Outlander's standard features include leather seating surfaces, 18-inch alloy wheels, a folding third-row seat and dual zone climate control. Mitsubishi includes a five-year or 60,000 mile basic warranty and a 10-year or 100,000 mile powertrain warranty.
