Some of the notable standard features of the 2013 Nissan Altima Coupe included cruise control, remote trunk release, air conditioning and a trip computer. Nissan discontinued the Altima Coupe in 2014, but used models are still available from many dealerships.

The interior standard audio features for the Altima Coupe include a height-adjustable driver seat, bucket front seats, and a split-folding rear seat back. The locks are remote keyless power locks and the mirrors and windows are powered.

The Altima Coupe also comes with standard instrumentation including a multi-function display screen, an external temperature monitor, a tire air pressure monitor, a tachometer and a service interval indicator. For audio, the Coupe is equipped with an audio system with AM/FM radio and a CD player, steering wheel-mounted audio controls, an auxiliary jack to connect devices, and six speakers. Finally, it has air conditioning, air filtration, readings lights and a trunk light.

For exterior features, the Altima Coupe has intermittent wipers, a rear defogger, all-season tires and a spare tire and wheel.

Standard safety features include an anti-locking brake system, air bags, an alarm system, safety locks, traction control, stability control, electronic brake force distribution and an engine immobilizer.

While the car was still being produced, buyers could add optional features for the vehicle. These included a blind spot warning system, a lane departure warning system, a moving object detection moving object detection, a Bluetooth audio connection, a rear-view camera, Xenon headlights, LED taillights and Bose audio.
