As of 2015, the Honda Pilot comes standard with a six-cylinder engine and four-wheel drive and gets 17 miles per gallon in the city and 24 miles per gallon on the highway. The Pilot has many customizable options for the interior and exterior, and retails anywhere between $29,000 and $40,000.
The Pilot comes equipped with a sunroof, aluminum wheels, universal garage door opener, cruise control and a trailer hitch capable of towing up to 4,500 pounds. The Pilot also has customizable features, including options for keyless start, remote engine start, leather seats and heated driver and passenger seats.
Interior features of the Honda Pilot include a back up camera, auto-off headlights, remote trunk release and keyless entry. Other interior features include a leather covered steering wheel, a trip computer and heated mirrors. Inside of the Pilot is an AM/FM stereo, compact-disc player, satellite radio, MP3 player and an auxiliary audio input for smartphones or other electronic devices.
The pilot comes equipped with several safety features, including an anti-theft system, car alarm, variable-speed intermittent wipers, an electrochromic rearview mirror and traction control. Other safety features include anti-lock brakes, brake assist, electronic stability control and five airbags, including side and rear head airbags.
