Suburban Chevrolet provides automobile maintenance and repair services, including tire rotation, vehicle inspection, wheel alignment, and cabin and engine air filter replacement for both cars and trucks. It also offers two levels of general maintenance service packages.
Suburban Chevrolet rotates tires as a separate service and as part of both its Maintenance I and Maintenance II packages. During the four-wheel alignment service, mechanics adjust the camber, caster and toe of the wheels and inspect suspension and steering systems. Mechanics also inspect the tires and wheels for wear and reset tire pressures as part of all four services.
As of 2015, Suburban Chevrolet offers a free 27-point inspection of General Motors vehicles. The Maintenance I and II services include inspection of the oil and oil filter systems, brake system and windshield wipers. The external control main filter is also inspected on vehicles with Allison transmissions. The Maintenance II package also includes inspections of the transmission or transaxle fluid levels, restraint system, engine and accessory belts, Evaporative Control System, and engine air cleaner filter. Mechanics also inspect the air intake on vehicles with diesel engines. The company also diagnoses and gives estimates for repair on cars that display an activated check engine indicator.
