The California DMV offers appointment scheduling for the behind-the-wheel driving test at Dmv.ca.gov. Appointments may be made for both automobiles, which are Class C, and for motorcycles. The DMV requires that the customer provide their first names, last names, driver's license numbers, birth dates and telephone numbers. Appointments and other inquiries may also be made by calling 800-777-0133 during normal business hours, as of 2015.

New York's DMV offers road test scheduling at Roadtest.dmv.ny.gov. The DMV requires the customer's Client ID, which is located above the portrait on the driver's license, date of birth, certificate number or receipt number, ZIP code, and the ZIP code in which the customer plans to take the test. The New York DMV offers testing for Class C automobiles, motorcycles and commercial vehicles. Appointments are also made by calling 518-402-2100.

The District of Columbia's DMV offers scheduling at Dmv.dc.gov or by calling 202-737-4404. Customers must provide a driver's license number, first name, last name, date of birth, Social Security number, and the date on which the customer would like to take the test.
