The Hell's Angels Motorcycle Club's support shops sell a wide variety of men's and women's apparel and souvenir items. These items are available for purchase via online support shops and physical storefronts worldwide.
The items available come in many styles and are designed with a variety of the outlaw motorcycle gang's monikers, including Red and White, H.A. and 81. Apparel items available, include shirts, shorts, hats, coats and hoodies along with yoga pants. Numerous types of souvenir items are sold, such as ashtrays, coffee mugs, pens, patches and stickers as well as jewelry, toys, cigars, posters and calendars.
The organization has become litigious in protecting its brands and logos from infringement by other merchandisers with lawsuits filed in federal court over apparel, jewelry, posters and yo-yos. Unlawful use of the motorcycle clubs name and logos has been claimed against some major corporations, including Toys "R" Us, Amazon, Saks, Walt Disney and Marvel Comics as well as Dillard's.
The Hell's Angels turned its image into a brand and uses the court system to uphold its brand's legitimacy. However, most law enforcement agencies consider the club a criminal organization with illicit activities in drug trafficking, gun running, money laundering, extortion and mortgage fraud.
