The Pagan's Motorcycle Club is an alleged outlaw motorcycle gang and organized crime syndicate formed by Lou Dobkin in 1959 in Prince George's County, Maryland. By 1965, the Pagans rapidly expanded and began to evolve into the "one-percenter" motorcycle club. They originally wore blue denim jackets and riding Triumphs.
Categorized as an outlaw motorcycle gang by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Pagans are active in 13 US states. With 200 to 250 members, mostly operating in 11 Mid-Atlantic States, the Pagan's Motorcycle Club is involved in trafficking cocaine, methamphetamine and PCP, explains the Justice Department to the Los Angeles Times.
