The Enzo Ferrari was introduced in 2002, making it 12 years old as of 2014. The Enzo, which was available for purchase in 2003, is considered one of Ferrari's "super cars," or extreme high performance vehicles.
Designers at Ferrari used the latest in Formula 1 technology in the Enzo, and only 400 were built. It runs on a V12 engine that outputs 660 horsepower, and the chassis is constructed from carbon fiber and aluminum. Its max speed is about 217 mph.
The Enzo is very expensive. A slightly used model was available for purchase in Los Angeles in 2014 for $2,888,000.
