Kelley Blue Book does not provide pricing and value information for RVs, as of 2015. One alternative pricing guide is the Recreational Vehicle Blue Book, published by Price Digest. NADAguides also provides information for pricing new and used RVs.
Kelley Blue Book was first published in 1926, and it was titled the Blue Book of Motor Car Values. It began in the early 1920s as a small list of vehicles that a car dealer named Les Kelley was interested in purchasing, and the amount of money he was willing to pay for each. It quickly became a trusted resource among banks and car dealers. As of 2015, the Kelley Blue Book provides authoritative values for cars, trucks, personal watercraft, motorcycles, ATVs and snowmobiles.
