NauticStar boats feature 100 percent wood-free construction, fiberglass inner liners with self-bailing cockpits, one-piece molded fiberglass stringer systems, triple-fastened deck-to-shell assembly and waterproof Deutche connectors. NauticStar also offers optional features, such as Garmin autopilot, SeaStar optimus electronic power steering system and Garmin Meteor 300 marine audio system as of 2015.
NauticStar uses 3-D computer-aided design software to design boats with accuracy and precision. Each manufactured boat passes through rigorous water and quality control tests to ensure flawless working of parts. The hulls and decks feature composite material construction that offers greater strength and durability. The hulls feature marine vinyl ester barrier coating that helps resist cracking and corrosion and promote longer life.
NauticStar boats feature foam-filled stringer systems that increase floatation as well as improve sound and vibration damping. The fiberglass inner liner deck bonds to the hull with stainless steel fasteners every 2 inches. The self-bailing cockpit provides a drainage channel to remove water from the deck while the hoses direct the water out of the boat.
NauticStar markets NauticBay, Sport Deck, NauticStar XS and the Legacy series boats. The NauticStar XS Series offers family-friendly, center-console offshore boats, while Legacy Series provides boats for fresh water and saltwater with various optional features.
