The Lincoln C concept car's interior is decorated with recycled driftwood and utilizes leather flooring in place of carpet. The car is fitted with thin contoured seats with headrests that are weight- and size-sensitive. The headrests engage automatically when someone sits in the seat. The steering wheel has a single-spoke design. The four doors open in full suicide style.
The Lincoln C concept car also integrates Ford SYNC software offering several advanced ease-of-use functions. The SYNC software displays vehicle information on a display to the left of the steering wheel and offers creature comfort and communication displays and controls to the right. The concept car's SYNC software also responds to voice commands and can read aloud emails and suggest restaurants.
The Lincoln C concept car's engine is a 1.6-liter direct-injection turbocharged inline four-cylinder motor with EcoBoost. The engine rates at 180 horsepower and 180 lb-ft of torque. Lincoln claims the engine's fuel economy is 43 miles per gallon on the highway. The engine shuts off at a stop, also aiding gas mileage. The PowerShift transmission is a Getrag six-speed transmission with a twin clutch.
