The features of the Kubota RTV 900XT are a powerful Kubota diesel engine, a variable hydro transmission, responsive hydrostatic power steering, an independent front suspension and a reinforced steel front guard, according to Kubota. The Kubota RTV 900XT also has a high-intensity frame structure and a rollover protection structure.
The Kubota RTV 900XT's D902 diesel engine features three cylinders, has 21.6-horsepower and is liquid-cooled. Its variable hydro transmission, the VHT Plus2, is high-performance and features no rubber belts. This allows the transmission to use more torque, have a steadier acceleration and provide powertrain durability. The MacPherson Strut-type suspension on each of the front wheels maximizes shock absorption and minimizes body tilt.
The high-intensity frame structure of the RTV 900XT is crafted from lightweight metal and is robotically welded for maximum reliability. The rollover protection structure of the vehicle, or ROPS, is added for safety and protection. The RTV 900XT also features a new and improved seat and a reliable wet-type disc brake. The seat features a full-length backrest and soft, sculpted seat bottoms that allow for better comfort. The light-step wet-type disc brake makes stopping quick and effortless and its durability means there are no drops in performance due to wear.
