The Dodge Ram Pickup is a line of pickup trucks produced by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. The trucks are available with a wide variety of options, ranging from a 3.0 liter V6 engine to a 6.7 liter I8 engine.
The first Dodge Ram pickup truck was released in 1981, and the brand quickly became one of Dodge's top sellers. The trucks were named after the ram hood ornament that has graced the company's trucks since 1933. While Ram trucks are known for powerful gas or diesel engines, the company released a plug-in hybrid version of its Ram truck at the 2011 Washington Auto Show.
