The Mazda Furai was a concept car prototype and was never put on sale for the general public, so it has no price. In addition, the only existing prototype was destroyed during the filming of the 20th anniversary special of the British motoring television show "Top Gear."
The Mazda Furai was unusual among concept cars as it was a fully functional vehicle. The Furai was powered by a 450-horsepower engine that utilized the Wankel rotary design that Mazda has famously used in cars such as the RX-7 and the 787B Le Mans prototype. The Furai prototype was tested on several famous racetracks until it caught fire in 2008.
