The most common reported complaints with the 2013 Chevrolet Equinox are connected to problems with the engine, interior accessories, exterior accessories and electrical system, says CarComplaints.com.
Among the engine problems reported, excessive oil consumption was the most claimed, followed by fuel in the crankcase and loss of power. The complaints regarding the interior accessories were mostly connected with the computer, sound system, heated seats, hood open light, and the gas pedal sticking. With the exterior accessories, the most common problems involved the rear camera guidelines, peeling paint, and broken wipers. The Auto Recalls for Consumers site, however, reports that the most common problems fall in the category of electrical system, followed by engine problems.
