Fuse box diagrams all generally available in owner's manuals. Diagrams are also often printed on the inside of the plastic covering for the fuse box.
Many manufacturers also host their manuals online, and most have manuals for their vehicles made in 1998. Edmunds.com hosts links to various manuals, but the manufacturer's website often shows how to locate manuals under the help section. Drivers who can't find the owner's manuals can often find a fuse box located underneath their dashboards, and some cars have fuse boxes under the hood near the engine. While finding which fuse needs replacement might take time, blown fuses are generally easy to identify visually, and fuse boxes often contain replacement fuses for emergency situations.
