Activities that have taken place at the Atlantic City RV show include seminars on topics such as matching trucks with trailers, tips for RV travel with kids and why RV vacations are better. Viewing and shopping at displays by manufacturers of RVs and RV products is another typical activity
Show activities include a lot of displays and information on campgrounds in the northeast. Show visitors get to meet many of the people they would be staying with. For those in the market for an RV, shopping is the top activity at the show. On display are class A, B and C motor homes, travel trailers, fifth-wheels, pop-up campers and park models. Shopping for accessories and services for RV owners is another activity.
The trend of female campers was included on the activity agenda at the 2015 show. Seminars titled, "What is the Girl Camping Movement," and "Girl Campers: Who are they & What are they Towing" where featured seminars. Other seminar activities included "RV Weight & Tire Safety" and an "RV Family Adventure Guide to Acadia National Park."
Some vendors set up games and other activities for children. Past examples include a lollipop tree set up at a campground booth, where children win a prize by picking a lollipop.
