The Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration's change of address form is available online through the MVA.com website or at any branch of the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration. When downloading the online form, complete it and then mail it to the MVA's Corrections Unit at the Glen Burnie MVA office.
You can also change your address at an MVA kiosk, an MVA licensed tag and title service, or online using the MD MVA FastTrack system. However, individuals with a P.O. box address or commercial driver's license and those representing a company cannot use these services and are required to submit the change of address form in person or by mail.
You must provide your Maryland driver's license or identification card number, date of birth, and MVA PIN number to access the FastTrack system. Individuals who do not have an MVA PIN number can enter the last four digits of their Social Security number.
After you complete the change of address form online or by mail, MVA sends out a change of address card usually within four to six days. There is no fee for this service. However, a fee of $20 applies if you want to receive a new driver's license, identification card or vehicle title that reflects your new address.
