According to Cars.com, the top five winners from the 2015 Detroit Auto Show are the Honda Pilot, the 2016 Lexus RX, the 2016 Volvo XC90, the 2016 Hyundai Tucson and the 2016 Honda HR-V. Each of these cars had a unanimous vote among the Cars.com editors.
The next five winners at the Detroit Auto Show include the 2016 Cadillac CTS-V, the 2017 Ford GT, the 2016 Kia Sorento, the 2016 Nissan Maxima and the 2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata. At the 2015 North American International Auto Show, the Ford F-150 won for Truck/Utility of the Year, and the Volkswagen Golf won for Most Outstanding New Vehicle of the Year.
At the 2015 New York Auto Show, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class won for 2015 World Car of the Year, while the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe took the World Luxury Car of the Year Award. The Mercedes-AMG GT was named the World Performance Car. The BMW i8 won in the World Green Car category, and the Citroen C4 Cactus won in the category of World Car Design of the Year. Among antique cars, the 1924 Isotta Fraschini Tipo 8A F. Ramseier and Cie Worblaufern Cabriolet won the Best of Show Award at the 2015 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.
