Comcast Xfinity customers can view their bills online by logging into their Comcast account, navigating to the Billing and Payments page and selecting a bill listed on that page. Comcast provides links to both the most recent bill and past bills on that page.
Users can view their current bill by clicking the "View or print full bill" link in the Bill Details section of the Billing and Payments page. Past bills are listed under the Past Bills section on the same page and are ordered by date, with the most recent past bill appearing on top of the list. The bills, both past and current, are available as PDF documents, so customers must make sure that their browsers support viewing PDF files or that they have the appropriate software to view them.
Xfinity bills viewed online use the same format as the physical paper bills sent in the mail. Given this, customers can opt to unsubscribe from paper statements and instead request Comcast to notify them through email each time a new bill is ready for viewing online. To sign up for Ecobill, as the service is called, users must click the "Request paperless bills" link in their account details page and select "Online" when prompted to choose how they'd like to receive their bill each month.
