Two websites that help an individual track goals are Lifetick and Goalscape, both of which have a robust set of features to help set, track and achieve goals. Lifetick is a free site and Goalscape charges a fee for tracking four goals, but customers can upgrade to track more and access more detailed reports.
Goalscape uses concentric wheels to track goals organized by type — the larger a goal is on a slice of the wheel, the more of a priority is given for that time. The service is free for the first 14 days and then there are a few different paid plans to choose from.
Lifetick is organized by the goal and lets a user build steps and plans for each goal. It then provides detailed reports and graphs tracking specific goals to their conclusion.
