A MyTataSky.com account allows Tata Sky subscribers to check and recharge their accounts online. Making payment involves logging in to MyTataSky.com account, clicking Account Recharge to access payment options and using credit card, debit card or online banking to complete the transaction. Customers can also use the Atom mobile application to recharge their accounts on mobile devices.
Tata Sky also enables account recharge through automatic debit facility, check payments, phone helpline, ATMs and local dealers. Subscribers can register for the automatic debit facility that authorizes Tata Sky to debit a fixed amount from their bank accounts each time their cable account balances reach a specified threshold. Customers can visit local Tata Sky dealers to make payment in cash or request recharge vouchers.
The Tata Sky helpline allows subscribers to recharge their accounts by phone using various payment options, including wire transfers and recharge vouchers. Customers can also write checks in favor of Tata Sky Limited and drop them at local Skypak drop boxes.
