Customers can view account details and pay their Verizon bill through the Verizon Wireless website, as of 2015. To pay online, simply click on the My Verizon link, log in, and then navigate to the Pay Bill page. Enter the amount and method of payment, agree to the terms of service and click submit.
Customers can store and manage payment account information as part of an activated My Verizon profile. Instead of entering the bank account details each time a user makes a payment, they can simply select from a list of stored payment methods. Accepted payment methods include checking accounts, ATM, debit and credit cards and Verizon Wireless gift cards. Payments are reflected online immediately and are typically deducted from the selected account within 24 hours of the payment date. Successful and failed payments can be viewed online for up to 12 months.
Alternatively, users can pay a Verizon bill from their phone, by mail or at any approved Verizon Wireless store. To pay by phone, customers can call #PMT from their Verizon phone to access an automated payment system. For mail-in or in-person payments, account holders can find mailing addresses and store locations near them on the official Verizon Wireless website.
