To use My Verizon services, you first need to log in with your account information. Go to the Sign In/Register link at the top right-hand corner of the page, select either My Personal Account or My Business Account, and enter your username or password. Click the red Sign In tab to access your My Verizon account. If you do not have an account, click on the Register link to create one.

To pay your bills online with My Verizon, go to My Verizon and click on Pay Bill. Enter your payment amount and choose your payment method (such as debit or credit card). Review payment details, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and submit the payment. Your My Verizon account also enables you to view past bills and change your billing address.

The Plans and Services link under the My Verizon tab enables you to add new devices and block or unblock services.
