The search results contain a list of doctors who meet your requirements, including their qualifications, name of their practices, physical locations and contact details. Click on the View Full Profile button on the right-hand side of the page to view more details about the selected doctor. Click the Appointment Information button to view information on how to book an appointment with the selected doctor.

The additional details include the educational background of the doctor, language spoken and board certifications. Click the Map link to view a map showing directions to the office of the selected doctor. Enter your current location on the left-hand side of the Locations & Directions page to view driving directions.

To schedule an appointment, fill out the provided appointment form, and then click Submit. Alternatively, dial the provided telephone number to schedule an appointment via phone. If a particular doctor does not suit your requirements, click the Reset button at the bottom of the Find A Doctor tool to begin a new search.
