To use Torch Music, download the software, sign in to the browser and enter albums or song names into the search bar. Find additional music by clicking on titles friends or other Torch Music users are listening to.
Torch Music is part of the Torch browser, which is a Chromium-based web browser. It accesses music through services such as YouTube and Vevo to offer quick and easy access to music on the web. To use Torch Music, run through the following steps.
- Download the Torch browser
- Sign in with an email address
- Connect social media accounts
- Use the search feature
Torch Music can only be accessed through the Torch browser. The browser is available for Windows XP, 7 and 8. It also recently launched for Mac OS X.
Enter a valid Google email address to receive notifications. The service can also be accessed through a guest account.
To see what friends are listening to, connect the browser to social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest.
To use the search feature and start listening to music, enter song or album titles into the search bar.
Other handy Torch features include the Grabber, which allows embedded videos from video services to be downloaded, and a BitTorrent client, which offers easy access to BitTorrent files.
