Click and drag anywhere on the canvas to change the view, and use the scroll wheel to zoom in and out. Click anywhere to add text, images, videos and other documents to the presentation. After the new element appears on the screen, use the transformation tool to rotate, resize and crop the image. Click Add Effects to bring up another menu containing filters, enhancements and other tools to alter the image.

During the presentation, Prezi zooms and moves between the elements on the canvas in a certain order. Place frames around groups of elements to set different focal points for the presentation. Click Add Frame, choose the type of frame from the list, then drag it to the canvas to move and resize it. To create a path for the presentation, select Edit Path, then click on the elements on the canvas in the correct order. The bar on the left side of the screen displays the order of the presentation. Click and drag the images on this bar to change the order in which they appear.
