  1. Copy or cut the required text or image

    Select the text or object you want to copy, then press Ctrl and C to copy, or Ctrl and X to cut, the selected area.

  2. Choose the desired paste field

    Click on the text box, document or other required field. A cursor, bar or similar marker shows where the pasted image will appear.

  3. Paste the selection

    Press Ctrl and V, or Shift and Insert, to transfer the text or object to the chosen field. It appears in the same location as the marker.
