Avery provides a number of blank templates for its 8371 business card paper, which customers can load into Microsoft Word and amend to create custom business cards. Customers can use all of Word's usual features to style their cards using the template.
To download the template, search "8371" on Avery.com to find its product page, click View Templates, and click on the desired blank template. On the template page, click download. Once it is downloaded, open the template with Microsoft Word.
In Word, click in the middle of a business card rectangle. Type in the information you would like on your card. Use Word's various font and paragraph options, such as size, typeface and line spacing, to change the look of your business card as desired. If the template looks blank, the gridlines may not be showing; in this case, find the Table menu and click Show Gridlines.
Once you have completed one card, select the text by clicking and dragging over it with the cursor. Right click and select Copy. Right click and select Paste in each of the other business card rectangles. Print the finished template by selecting Print under the File menu. If the cards are printing out of alignment, check the scaling settings in the print dialog, as it may be shrinking the page unnecessarily.
