To uninstall Internet Explorer, navigate to Programs and Features, click View Installed Updates and select Uninstall Internet Explorer. The process takes just a couple of minutes.
- Navigate to Programs and Features
In Windows, click on Start, and select Control Panel. Click the Programs option, and when the menu opens, select Programs and Features.
- Click View Installed Updates
Click the View Installed Updates option from the left panel, and choose Windows Internet Explorer from the list of Microsoft updates.
- Select Uninstall Internet Explorer
After identifying Windows Internet Explorer, right-click the application, and choose the Uninstall option. Click Yes to confirm. If prompted to enter your administrator password, do so. After the process is done, click the Restart Now button to apply the changes.
