  1. Access the Programs and Features list

    Click on the Start button, and select the Control Panel option. If the Control Panel elements are categorized, click on Programs, and select the Programs and Features option. If the elements are listed as icons, click on Programs and Features immediately.

  2. Uninstall the drivers

    Select the driver you wish to uninstall from the list, and click on the Uninstall button. Follow the wizard’s instructions to complete the uninstall process, and restart the computer if prompted. Repeat the process for other drivers if necessary.

  3. Uninstall the drivers via the Device Manager

    If you can’t find the drivers in the list, click on the Hardware and Sound link in the Control Panel, and select the Device Manager option in the Devices and Printers section. Click on Yes if the UAC prompt pops up. Double-click on the desired device category, and right-click on the device the drivers of which you want to uninstall. Select the Properties option from the drop-down menu, and click on the Driver tab. Click on the Uninstall button, and follow the instructions to complete the removal process. If prompted, restart the computer to finalize the changes.
