To unblock private cell phone calls, subscribe for a service that unmasks calls such as TrapCall, and decline a phone call to have the blocked number displayed on the phone. Subscribing for such a service involves a nominal fee.
To subscribe for TrapCall, access its website, click on the Log In tab located towards the right top corner of the page, and click on Get Started located towards the center of the page that opens up. This should lead to a page that displays the different subscriptions packages available.
Choose a suitable package, and provide the personal and phone details asked for to create a TrapCall account. Then, log in to your account using the cell phone number and the four-digit PIN provided, and follow further instructions provided to activate the service. For any help with the registration process, contact the support team at the number provided on the website.
When you receive a call from a blocked private phone number, press the button meant for ignoring, declining or sending the call to voice mail on your cell phone. This directs the call to TrapCall, which then reroutes the call back to your phone. The phone then rings and displays the private number.
In addition to displaying the phone number of an incoming call, TrapCall also records the calls received, and provides the address of the caller.
