As of May 2015, the Apple Store sells various Apple products from its Macbook, iPhone, iPod and iMac lines. The Apple store also sells accessories for Apple products, such as chargers, earbuds and protective cases.
Other accessories that the Apple Store sells include HDMI and VGA adapters, Beats by Dr. Dre headphones, docks, and AppleCare protection plans. The Apple Store also sells Apple TV and Apple Watch products.
Some Apple Store locations also offer service and repair for Apple products in the Genius Bar. An Apple customer may make an appointment to see an Apple Genius in the store of choice online using an Apple ID. Although the Genius Bar is available to all Apple customers, Apple advises its customers that many issues with software and services are resolvable over the phone through Apple technical support.
To locate an Apple Store, customers visit the Apple homepage, and click the Find a Store link located near the top of the page. Once redirected to the search page, users search for Apple Stores by city and state, or ZIP code. In addition, a complete list of Apple Stores across the country is located next to the search box. The website also displays these options at the bottom of every page.
