As of July 2015, Office Depot's home page offers business services such as document shredding, business form templates, and copy and print services. Some of these services are available online, but others require customers to visit the store in person.
Office Depot's shredding services take place at every store location. For smaller shredding tasks, Office Depot performs the service independently. For larger shredding jobs, Iron Mountain, a nationally recognized shredding company, assists the process. All documents reserved for shredding are kept confidential. After the documents are shredded, they are bailed and sent to pulp mills to be recycled and reused.
Office Depot's business form templates are available online for free. They include categories such as asset protection, business finance, Internal Revenue tax forms and employee management, among others. Some of the forms offer samples to be customized, whereas others offer unalterable documents that must be filled out.
Office Depot offers a range of copying and printing options for marketing, presentations, distribution services and business cards. An assortment of papers, type styles, tabs and binding options are available for home or business projects. Office Depot's copy and print services are only available for in-store pickup, but they can be uploaded and ordered online beforehand.
