According to the Verizon Wireless Rebate Frequently Asked Questions page, you can check the status of your mail-in rebate by phone or by visiting Verizon's Rebate Center. It can take up to two weeks from your mailing date for tracking to be available, allowing for mail delivery and entry into the system. Once it is in the system, the status of a rebate can be tracked using your tracking number, your name, or your company name.
Even before your mail-in rebate has been received and processed, you can pre-submit your offer online by providing the date purchased, UPC number and purchase location. Once your mail-in rebate has been processed, you can track your rebate by phone or by using the Verizon Wireless Rebate Center.
At the Rebate Center, you can track your rebate status using your tracking number, your name or your company name. If you received a tracking number, entering it brings you to the rebate status details page. If you don't have a tracking number, entering your name or your company name, ZIP code, email address and phone number brings you to the promotions page. By choosing which promotion you are tracking, you can see the status details page for that promotion. Those details include the type of submission, date the submission was received, whether or not it has been validated, and if it has shipped, the date the rebate was sent.
